Sometimes it’s hard to know when “it’s time”. But Florida State head coach Bobby Bowden didn’t and apparently still doesn’t. And it made for an awkward exit from a program he helped build. It’s too bad, but coaches sometimes just become outdated. Every generation is different than the one before it. How Joe Paterno remains at Penn State is beyond me. But Joe really should go as well. It’s just part of the business.
