AN IMPORTANT NOTE FOR THOSE WHO READ MY CARTOONS: I’ve never met Gene Anderson, yet he has been a part of my life every single day since the News closed. For almost three solid years He has faithfully left me encouraging comments about the day’s cartoon on my blog site. Comments that have kept me at times from giving up the blog and moving on to other ventures. Tonight Gene is an Omaha hospital after having suffered an apparent stroke. I’m asking all of you for PRAYERS AND POSITIVE THOUGHTS to go his direction. He is a remarkable man, friend, brother, husband and father, and guys like that are rare. He needs us.
