Close Encounters of the Cartoonist kind (A VLOG attempt)

Here’s my very first attempt at a vlog or flog if you prefer. This is kind of like a dress rehearsal except, of course, cartoonists rarely wear anything other than Hawaiian shirts or t-shirts with cartoon characters on the front. The “I’m Not Dead Yet” shirt was a gift from my wife that she got at the Broadway production of “Monty Python and the Holy Grail”. It kind of expresses my survivor mentality these days. I promise I’ll find some Hawaiian shirts for future webcasts.

OK. I need some honest feedback. Would you watch these if I put one out on occasions? Take my poll and help me out.

Would you watch a Drew Vlog?

its good to hear voice and see a face that creates my morning chuckles.

I just need some warning when they are going to come up, although I am out here everyday

  2. Hey Drew

It is sure nice to but a face to the name. I think it would be awesome to get your video feed up. I look forward to seeing your new creations you put up on here and on 9 news. I am from Denver but I moved to Utah some 15 years ago and I sure like to keep tabs on my home state and sports. Anyways just so you know there is a fan of yours over the mountain in Utah

  3. Drew, to be honest, I am very curios about what you would webcast with your sense of humor. I guess I anticipate a lesser (meaning humorous) side of sports with an occasional curve ball of artistic impressions. I do look forward to seeing some shows.

In the mean time I do appreciate your tweets as a reminder to come to this site for I rarely look at my RSS reader anymore.

Thanks for all of your work, I never leave without a smile 😀
