Behold the Power of Orange
I don’t do enough cartoons about offensive linemen. They really are the unsung heroes on offense you know. Protecting Peyton Manning who, let’s face it, is pretty much the whole Franchise is a very big deal. Especially since Manning resembles Mr Limpett more these days, than, say Mr. Pro Bowl. so I thought it was time to give them a little love. Besides it gave me a good excuse to draw a tank.
Follow Me
I am impressed that the tank collision turned the letters on the Chief’s jersey…….such great imagery! So how I felt at the end of the game. So how I want to feel at the end of the next two games, at least……..
Good Morning from Omaha,
It was a great game. Peyton is worth every dime the Bronco’s paid him. He has turned three average receivers into a three headed monster. then add in welker and moreno, who two years ago was on a quick UP train out of denver, and the Bronco’s look like earth shakers and heartbreakers.
IF you thought mile high was loud Sunday night wait until the next Sunday in KC. Foot stomps and hand signals will be the only way for Peyton to communicate with his team. When he was with the Colts he tore the chiefs up with his hand signals etc. its going to be another great game. First the chiefs have to take care of business with the chargers.
the bronco’s have to take care of business with brady and belicheck and the Patriots.
Bring your A game to arrowhead and hopefully the chiefs will have an A game by then.
Strive for excellence, nothing but your best.
Gene
…and they remain “unsung”.
Hint: you could’ve put their names/faces/numbers on the tank.
Signed,

P.S: I’m also really sick of TV coverage of NFL games. Do we really need to see the opposing quarterback’s facial expression after every play whilst they’re on the sidelines?? Do they really need to call the quarterback by his first and last name innumerable times? I guess it’s not a team sport…just a one-man per team sport.
