Drew,
There are a fews things one should never stop believing in. The Easter Bunny and the Cubs are just two of the many. At least, that is what my mom would tell you.
She is a life-long Cubs fan. She was born in Chicago, and raised sitting around the radio listening to Cubs’ games as a child. The Cubs are THE perennial underdog. Yet, she has never stopped believing in them all these many years. One of these days, the Cubs will prove all those naysayers wrong, she’d tell you. I guess that’s the sign of a true fan, isn’t it?
Peg
I dont believe in either, but i love your attention to detail and perspective on humor. As always, thanks, Drew, for the smile!
We all need to believe in something and I believe your electronic pencil is as sharp as ever.
You still have the gift of understanding Cubbie fans. Great job.
Good one!
