Today’s cartoon is from this months issue of Mile High Sports magazine… You want a quarterback controversy, you got a quarterback controversy. Kyle Orton’s performance on Monday Nights loss to the Raiders, brought out the boo birds. For good reason. Orton was 1 for 4 in the red zone and his fourth quarter fumble really cost the Broncos a chance to win. And winning is what it’s all about. It’s the reason why for me, I for one, would rather see Tebow, Quinn, even Adam Weber, a free agent QB the Broncos released just before the season, than to see one more game with Kyle Orton under center for the Broncos. Orton has never cared about winning. Never has, never will. The Broncos need a leader on the offensive side of the ball. Orton is not that leader. Let the controversy begin.
