Dispatches form the Drawing Board:

  • I loved watching Bubba Watson win the Masters the other day. It was awesome seeing a normal regular guy actually do something really extraordinarily great. Against all odds.
  • Reminding us all of what makes America great.
  • His shot on 10 in the sudden death match will go down as one of the greatest shots in Masters history. He could have given up. But Bubbas don’t give up. Ever.
  • He’s a high risk high reward kind of guy. More of us really should be that way. Life is short. Take a chance. Go for the Green. It’s what a Bubba would do.
  • Just a side note but are you as sick and tired of the spoiled little brat act that tiger Woods continues to display. I can’t think of a single time that Jack Nicklaus, Lee Trevino, Arnold Palmer or Bryon Nelson ever once threw a club. Not once. The PGA should start to fine the punk. Because frankly I’m really so over Tiger Woods.
  • Bubbas would definitely cry after winning the Masters. Especially ones who just brought home a new baby.
  • I’m a Bubba, you’re a Bubba, shouldn’t we all be a Bubba too.

    bubba’s victory is an every man story. what a great shot! he appears to be just a comfortable on the sand greens at the Princeton Country club as the well manicured turfs of the masters.

    As the worlds worst golfer I can appreciate bubba and his efforts . tiger is another story. I am pitiful as a golfer, ask my son, but I have NEVER thrown or kicked a club. I have thought of it but there are things you just don’t do on the golf course. there is always going to be the next shot, the next hole or the next round.

    You could not fine Tiger enough to make it hurt. He is wealthy beyond his wildest dreams and the money from his endorsement alone guarantee he will never have to work unless he wants to again.

    bubba lives in us all. so heres to bubba and his continued success.

  2. A year ago, Rory was everything the tour needed. The truth is, golf fans are not going to see anyone who even approaches dominance any time soon. They’ll be lucky if they ever see someone win even two majors now.

    Also, in my opinion, athletes are there to be my entertainment, not my role-model. Tiger is entertaining, and I would love it if went on throwing kicking clubs and dropping f-bombs.

  3. Just a side note to prove my point that dominance in golf is a thing of the past, in the last 14 majors, there have been 14 different winners.

    It seems that Tiger Woods is the Kim Kardashian of pro golfing. Way too much exposure. Enough, already.
