   the cards lost the royals in 85 in the same way they won against the rangers last night. they blew a big lead in the 6th game to the royals and the royals beat them in game 7.

3. Your cartoon is so good, Drew. I think the Rangers really believed they could win the World Series this year. The momentum of sentimentality was on their side, given the tragedy that occurred early in the season, and their performance all season long. As for me, I so wanted the Rangers to win the World Series – being that they had yet to win one. The Cardinals had a rough season of injuries; and to come back like they did, and then win the World Series, was simply amazing. They deserved to win.
