A Golden Oldie for you to kick off the new version of the website. Lots and lots of changes here. And I’m still tinkering. The Best feature on the site is larger display of the daily cartoons. It’s what I’ve always wanted to do and I finally found a look that I think pulls it off. I’ll also be able to blog again right next to the cartoon. The new site also enables me to feature my other content in an easy to find way. That’s really important as I move into a new phase of trying to create revenue streams for a post newspaper world. And I’m working away on a new Online Store by Shopify that I think is head and shoulders above anything I’ve ever done. Please Note: The Store isn’t open yet! Hoping to get the doors open as soon as we have MERCH to put in it. Above all I think this site is much more reader friendly. Your Feedback is Always appreciated!

  1. good Morning from Omaha,

I like your new web site’s look. I guess I jumped the gun trying to get into the store.

Strive for excellence, nothing but your best

  2. Drew–

Wow, was I ever shocked when I popped in to check out your toons today! Quite a dramatic change from the previous site. I have to say that I have some mixed feelings about it. The larger cartoons are great! I’m not exactly thrilled by the background color, though. I really liked the dark blue; it made the content stand out.

  3. Your new website design is fabulous! Much more open and inviting than it was before and I like how well it showcases your great cartoons. Keep up the good work!

  4. “Row, row, row your boat….” 🙂 I really hope I can see the game on tv in my neck of the woods. Say what you will about Mike Shanahan. I’ll always be grateful for the two Super Bowls he helped to bring to Denver. The man was a genius back in the day. Still is, in many ways; as evident in the improvements of his team in Washington.

Love the new look, Drew! It’s fresh and welcoming; and easy to navigate! I’m looking forward to checking out the storefront.

  5. What I enjoy about Drew Litton’s work is its consistent ability to create a poignant moment. His art work is unique and instantly recognizable with personalities that embody the characteristics and emotions of ‘Joe or Jane Sportsfan/Sportsvictim.’ He draws “locally,” whether its for a Denver/Boulder audience or a long-suffering Chicago baseball or football fan. While many sports moments can be summed up with a ‘connect-the-dots’ commentary, Drew finds a way to create an avenue to a more cerebral consideration.

His on-the-mark Elways, Shannahans, Cutlers, Cubbies, Ralphies, etc., are all memorable and timeless. Count me as a satisfied customer who’s waiting for the next edition of Drew Litton’s imagination.
