1. My biggest problem with this situation is the “Boys will be boys” attitude. He is breaking the law if he is drinking and all this is not the right thing to be presenting to young men or women. We continue to give young men the ok for drinking and being stupid. If it truly is that his phone alarm did not function properly, it is still appropriate to ask him to go home, young people need to know that there is accountability for them and their phone functions.
