  1. I, too, think they have to have more bite in the punishments. Or stop trying to stop the players from using. This half hearted, hiding behind gestures of disapproval does nothing, obviously.

  2. Good Morning from Omaha,

Sometimes the money is just too tempting. the yearning for adoration and attention is just too great. Maybe that is why these guys keep using PEDs.

the punishment should be, after assuring that no ones rights have been trampled, swift and severe. they have the 50 game ban and I guess the next step is going to be a lifetime ban.

I am still trying to figure out what game the yankeee’s are playing with A Rod. The talking heads on ESPN say they are trying to figure out a way to get around the remaining 98m dollars on A Rods contract. Once again, money ,is found at the root of the problem.

Strive for excellence, nothing but your best.

  3. Gene, it is curious who is playing whom, isnt it? Since A-Rod took himself out, he could have played in the Texas series, and gave the Yankees this opportunity. I really wish that baseball would announce his punishment, put this behind us all, and get on with the game. There is some good basball going on, and that should be what we talk about. The Yankee players should only have to worry about why they can’t hit at this point, not answering questions about A-Rod.
