Tebow Nation is Strong

It’ll be a fun-filled weekend of football all across the country as the NFL opens it’s season and college football really gets rolling. I just had to do this Tebow cartoon. His jersey sales continue to grow throughout the entire U.S.

So can the Broncos open the season on a good note? I think the opener will tell us a lot about what this team might look like going forward. Don’t be surprised if Tebow shows up in some capacity Sunday. I think the Broncos plan on using him in inventive ways. Whose to say you can’t line up two qb’s in the shotgun? Food for thought.

  1. Good Morning from Omaha,

the bronco’s are going to jacksonville. They have invested a lot in Mr T. I hope that he pays off for you guys in the long run. Josh took a big gamble for your guys ticket money. It will work out one way or another, as things always do.

    Bronco’s 21 Jags 17.

Strive for excellence, nothing but your best.

  2. Dear Mr. Litton,

I can soon see a sequel to a VERY old cartoon you once drew (no pun intended). In that original cartoon Dan Reeves was saying “DeBerg” to this stadium of people who yelled back “Elway”. This went on for 3 panels and then in the 4th panel we see Reeve’s going “All right…..Elway” and the fans chant back “DeBerg”!” We may soon see the same thing with Tebow as Elway and Orton as DeBerg.

I’ll be away for the next few days. Just like you have your Comic-Con in San Diego there is a convention here in Denver that I like going to every year called Nan Desu Kan. It’s 3 days of fun, silliness and goofiness (where I fit in quite easily) for fans of Japanese Animation (or as it’s better known Anime). You want to see a bunch of costumed people some of which get pretty silly? You might want to check it out. Its at that Marrior-Denver Tech Center. I’ll be one of the “costumed crazies”.

I’ll be looking forward to see what you draw between now and Monday when I get back.

    All the best

    Louis
