Boston Takes the Cup! Paul Revere’s Ride
Those who live by the cheap shot, die by the cheap shot. Nice to see the Cup go to Boston who at least plays hockey, as opposed to Vancouver who seem to believe the team with the most hits wins. The Canucks got what they deserved. Thuggery doesn’t cut it when skills are what brings home Championships. Congrats Boston fans. Well Deserved. I just added this print to Zazzle so that it will be available for purchase ASAP!

Rockies cartoon for June
Drew, I’m a lifelong Bruins fan raised in Denver- so while I gladly picked up with the Avalanche when they came to town (I was a teenager at the time), I always hoped that someday this would finally come to pass. I figured watching Bourque hold it in ’01 was as close as I’d ever get, but… here we are.
Thank you for this cartoon- it’s not real to me until one of your cartoons pokes fun at it!
Interesting though that the Canuck player is on the ground… one last diving attempt? 😉
Dear Drew,
Miami’s Big Ego’s in Basketball. Vancouver was suppose to be the best in hockey but turned soccer flopping, hockey thugs. Yet both lost to teams that colletively played as a team, like a team, and with team spirit. There is a lesson here.
