Broncos: Grounded

Uncategorized

The Broncos have been living dangerously these past few weeks. So far they have managed to make do without any visible sign of a running game but that can’t last forever. Eventually the Broncos will have to find someone who can run the ball (Tim Tebow isn’t doing anything lately) or the passing game they have been relying on will fall horribly flat. And it won’t be pretty when it happens. And by the way. That running back the Broncos drafted a few seasons back. He really has a perfect name, don’t you think… NoShow Moreno.

Be sure to check back in on Monday. The newest episode of Monday Night Madness is an absolute hoot!

  1. Dear Mr. Litton,

It saddens me that in the year where one of our greatest (some would say THE GREATEST) runner in Bronco history was inducted into the Hall of Fame (Little) that our running game needs a missing person’s report. Nobody would ever confuse Orton for Michael Vick or (to go back further) Randall Cunningham or Fran Tarkington so how come he lead the team last game in rushing?

    All the best

  2. Good Morning from Omaha,

It all starts up front. on both sides of the ball. If you don’t have a line to open up the holes or even create a seam you could put any running back in the league back there and have the same lack of success.

That is whats wrong with bronco’s. The O line needs some real polishing or yes, they will get Orton killed.

Knowshoe Moreno buckhalter and the rest, (hillis in Cleveland) all have a chance IF the Bronco’s have an O line worth the money they are getting paid.

Strive for excellence, nothing but your best.

    Gene

  3. Have to agree with Gene…the O-Line is terribly pourous of late. Going into Baltimore, I fear for Orton. Ray Lewis doesn’t have to respect the run and can just target on Kyle. It could get ugly…
