It Oughta be a Holiday

I’m all for more holidays. The more the merrier I say. The Monday after the Super Bowl. Holiday. Spring training starts. Holiday. Opening Day. Holiday. NFL Schedule release. Holiday. The Friday before the NFL Draft. Holiday. (hey, some of us need to prepare). Well, you get the idea. Let me know if you have any more to add to the list. President Obama is a big sports fan, so you never know.

Looks like I’ll have another animation for 9News, hopefully for both the 5 and 10 p.m. time slots. Take a gander. It’s pretty funny. And if you really like it, tell the folks at 9News. It might help me in my quest to pay the mortgage.

    you missed the bracketolgy holiday.That would be the Wednesday before the NCAA basketball tournament starts. You might as well make it a holiday, as very little work gets done anyway.

    The KC paper went through the Chiefs schedule game by game and have the Chiefs finishing 7-9.

    Theyhave them beating the Redskins, bronco’s at KC, Raiders in KC even the Chargers in KC.but losing to each on the road.

    The afc west has some tough games this year, but we will see how it goies.

  2. Speaking of holidays; why can’t the NFL start the season on Labor Day weekend. And don’t say the fans won’t show up on a holiday, they will show up, holiday or not.
