Personally I think we all should take a break after the taxes are filed and spring unfolds. So I’ve declared today Officially “Take a Break Day”. You have my permission if I have yours.

Truth be told I have some deadlines I need to attend to so I need the day to do so. So I’m not really taking a break, just dreaming I am. Be back on Thursday morning with more. Feel free to talk amongst yourselves about what ever you consider taking a break is or what you wished it would be. I’ll go first. Sailing with no agenda and no set course. OK maybe to a warm beach with frozen boat drinks. How’s that?

  3. April 20. I took today really because I have deadlines I must attend to. So I didn’t mean to coincide with the April 20th we all witnessed such horror. It was (and still is) so unbelievable and for those of us who live in the Denver area the sorrow was something I can’t even find words for. We are all Columbine, and we will never forget.

    I just looked up the other meaning of 4/20. Yechh. I had no idea this was some kind of weird day like that. I’ll find something to post here soon. Really, this was all done because of Deadlines!

  6. Hmmm…….Stay home and cuddle with the cats, read, eat Fritos and Lays Bean Dip from the can. That’s what sounds good today.
