   way to go Mav’s. My sister is beside herself with joy. The collusion of james, wade and bosh did not materialize in a championship for the heat this year. I just happen to think that LeBron is only used to playing so many games in a season and those extra games in the post season wore him out. They say that college football players, who play 12-13 games in a season have trouble adjusting to the 16, and soon to be 18, game season of the NFL.

   It’s just a theory and may never hold any water and I am not making excuses for the late great King.

   this championship belongs to the duke of Dallas, Dirk! and nothing will ever erase it from the books!

3. I love it. I am not a huge NBA fan. In fact I usually only dial in for the playoffs. I can only take so much when it comes to watching a bunch of overly tattooed, overly paid selfish brats.

   It was nice to see that the team that most played as a team won the title. I’ll give Lebron credit for his athletic skills, but he appears to lack the heart of a champion.Give me 7 or 8 guys with more focus on playing together as a team than individual talent and I will beat your collection of superstars more times than not.

   And I am really happy for Mark Cuban, Yes, he sticks his foot in his mouth from time to time, but I have to love an owner that truly loves his team and the game. Certainly it helps to be insanely rich, but so are other owners. At least this is a guy that sits in the stands in a t-shirt instead of up in a box using game time to work on other business deals. Perhaps some of his antics become borish, but how many of us envy the guy as a fan that just happens to own the team.

4. Yes Drew, I agree. Mark Cuban showed class last night by deferring to the original owners and also the coach instead of putting the spotlight on himself. The team played a team sport, I loved it and am happy for Dallas. Just don’t expect me to cheer for any of those other Dallas teams.

   LeBron’s tv special about moving to Miami sealed his fate, he got what her deserved.

5. Drew–

   Simply put, the better TEAM won. For all the media fuss about the “terrible trio” in Miami, they didn’t play hard when it mattered the most.

   Wonder what the off-season holds for LeBron & company?

6. Two thoughts come to mind

   1 – The King should always beware of the “Court Jester” afterall most overthrown monarchs were done in by an inside party.

   2 – Just like the Nuggets showed “Teamwork always beats out the Egotistical Star”

   did you see any of the promo shots of LeBron holding the trophy like it was his baby, It reminded me of the Broncos superbowl when Shannahan had complete respect for the trophy and refused to touch it.. Dirks pic’s were in line with that type of thinking that you shouldnt hold a trophy you havent earned yet
