Taking A Few Days Off

Uncategorized

I’m taking a few days off. I’m going to Bristol, Connecticut to visit the folks at ESPN (aka the Mother Ship) on Wednesday and have a lot to do before I leave. There’s a chance I might take the whole week away from the blog here at DrewLitton.com but I’ll put some cartoons up to run while I’m gone if I decide to do that, so be sure to check back like Wednesday. I consider you all friends and I just can’t tell you how much your support means to me. Thanks too for the encouraging words on the incredible Broncos schedule app designed by Russell Houlden. Russell has done a terrific job and deserves a ton of accolades for his work!

  1. GMFO,

You have a great time. Recharge and renew. I can’t speak for everyone, but you know I will be here when you get back.I look forward to your cartoons everyday! and Russell did a great job on the calendar and stuff. You two should be a team, like martin and lewis, groucho and chico, kukla fran and ollie ( whoops, only oldsters will get that reference) See you when you get back!

Strive for excellence, nothing but your best!

  2. Daily syndication, daily syndication, daily syndication!!! He might just go…. all… the… way!!!

Have a great trip to the mothership Drew!

Like Gene, I will eagerly be anticipating your return. I just got home to Denver and saw your father’s day toon hanging in my Dad’s office. Made my day, all over again.

    Good luck and Godspeed!

    Mike

  3. Dear Mr. Litton,

If there is a person more deserving than you of a break from his job I can’t think of who it could be.

Who know, maybe they’ll even put you and maybe some of your work in a “This is Sportscenter” commercial. That would be a laugh riot.

Perhaps when you get back you can even draw a cartoon about your Bristol experience but for now. Just have fun.

    All the bests

    Louis
