It’s Here! Today we’re launching the coolest new app here on our site, a Drew Litton Broncos schedule complete with plenty of Broncos cartoons and that automatically updates the scores throughout the season. And, get this, it goes backwards and gives you Broncos scores all the way back to 1960! Our app man Russell Houlden has outdone himself on this one. It will also automatically update the latest Broncos cartoons on the right (where the exploding car is now), so you can see my latest work. If you like this let me know. We’re planning more things like this (Buffs, Rams skeds) but we need to know how you like this one. Russell is working away on getting an app into the Android storefront as well. By the way if you or your company or business place is interested in having an app done for the iPhone, iPad or Android, Russell Houlden is THE guy!

Oh, and I’ve added the option to print each day’s cartoon. Just hit the Print Friendly icon below. You can REALLY help us out by emailing, tweeting, and sharing today’s cartoon on face book (hit the Tell a Friend icon), as well as printing out the schedule and hanging it around your office or on the refrigerator. Print a few copies and hand them out to your friends. Just tell them where you got it from . Thanks everyone! Have one super terrific Weekend!

  1. Drew,

That is truly the best calendar ever created. Every important holiday and great art to boot is on one page.

Thank you for a fantastic schedule! This is what those magnetic broncos calendars should have…

Wait a minute, can you print this on magnets and sell it? The schedule would look great on refrigerators throughout Broncoland.

  2. Good Morning from Omaha,

What a great application, Drew. Now if someone in KC would do the same thing. Yes , I like the Bronco’s but the Chiefs have been my team since 1966-67 when they played in the first superbowl.

This is something every Bronco fan should have.

Strive for excellence, nothing but your best.

  3. Just can’t resist adding a comment. Drew and I are having a lot of fun designing and developing these apps. I especially appreciated the comment from Gene in Omaha. Gene, I live just to the West in Bennet, NE (just outside of Lincoln). Even a KC fan will get some use out of the Broncos schedule, at least twice during the regular season!

I think it’s really fun to run this app and automatically get Drew’s cartoons. The link to his blog is also very convenient, and it’s probably way too easy to send him an email (sorry Drew!). The most fun part of all is that all of this content is being delivered to the application “on-the-fly” when the app starts. It was sure a lot of fun to work with Drew on his two apps and I think we’ll have quite a few more ready soon, so stay tooned!

  4. AWESOME! This is so much fun, combines two of my favorite sport things— The Broncos and Drew’s cartoons! Thank Drew and Russell, great job!

  5. Dear Mr. Litton,

Thank you for adding some of my favorite cartoons to the schedule. I had actually forgotten about the Raider logo holding his nose but once I saw it remembered the first time I saw it and how it made me laugh. Too bad the Elvis cam is going to be turned off for a while.

The one cartoon I wish you had used even after all these years was one of your Rich Karlis “fork” field goal drawings. They’re still a classic…..both of them.

    All the best

    Louis

  6. GMFO,

Hey Russel, you do great work. and you are right about the calendar being useful twice a year. I too like drews toons, even the ones that he does that occasionally poke fun at NE. Its all in the game. the ones about the ol’ man ( al davis, or do I mean Brett farve) really make me laugh. Most of us can agree that Uncle Al is the scourge of the NFL, but his age is starting to buy him some sympathy or thats just Al he’s crazy talk. Jim Plunket and Jason Campbell- oh well we shall see.

I love Tebows new hair cut- almost a friar tuck look- maybe thats the point. Good luck against the Been -gals on monday night.

Keep up the great work you two.

Strive for excellence, nothing but your best.

    Gene
