2. Dear Drew,

   To me there is regular opening day (which this year took place in Japan) and there is MY opening day. You see my father (Big Lou) and I have a tradition to watch the first HOME game together. That is when I truly feel like the baseball season has begun in earnest.

   Its baseball season! the KC SlayoR have using the promotional slogan “its our time” to promote the team. They seemingly have drafted well and have a stable of young players trying to play their way onto the big stage.

   the rockies have tried to get a mix of both young and old. 49 year old Jamie Moyer, who used to play for the slayoR back in the day, and some really good young players. The columns in the denver “past” are saying that purple and grey go well together.

   Both teams, the Rockers and the slayoR are feeding their fans the “infinite possibilities” of this season. And it would be asking too much for a Rockies vs slayoR series but for both teams to play over .500 baseball is not asking too much, is it?

   and yes the cubs are off and stumbling.
