Avalanche: Lost

Uncategorized

The Avs really need to pull over and ask for directions. Personally, I just wish they’d finish this debacle soon. It’s been a miserable season.

It kind of makes me long for the good old days….

I’m building a new Drew Litton Art & Fanwear storefront on Zazzle with all new Products. I’m hoping to have it up early next week!

Have a great weekend!

  1. Good Morning from Omaha,

don’t know how long it will take the Avs to get back on the winning track. It takes the right combination of coaching and players and the owner has to put out the money to make it go. Duh, another brilliant statement from Mr obvious.

what is going on out there in denver…I had louisville going a round or two in the tournament..the good news is that I picked the spiders and the cougars. Must be the thin air.

Strive for excellence, nothing but your best.

  2. It’s rough when we got to witness one of the greatist goalies ever play here and win us championships. Now we get to watch goalies who would probably have a hard time starting on a good DIV I team. These goalies truly are abysmal. Here’s hoping free agency or the draft brings in someone good. We have a good young team, we just need someone in the net that doesn’t give up slop goals all the time.

The last shutout one of our goalies had was Nov. 6th against the Stars, and that is the only shut out we have had all year. Pathetic.

  3. The NHL has a salary cap and revenue sharing just like the NFL, but not the parity…the Pittsburghs, Detroits and Phillys are still dominant. Those teams have done a much better job in every aspect: Coaching, Farm System, Scouting, Talent Development and Team Cohesion. Aside from the Rapids, who start their title defense tomorrow (see what I did there?), I don’t see the organizational consistency needed to win titles from any of E. Stan Kronke’s teams.

  4. Ahhh, two Parick Roy references this week. Those were the days, my friend, we thought they’d never end…….

  5. Drew–

Argh! What HAS happened to the Avs? They’ve taken falling off of a cliff to new, stomach-wrenching, Wile E. Coyote depths. I keep looking for that Roadrunner to show up in the “highlight” reel for the games….

    MEEP, MEEP!

  6. If the Avalanche continue to skate in circles, they will cut a hole into the ice in which they will go down the drain. Oh the horror….
