1. Wow, I love it when you nail the story better than any words could ever do.

2. Numbskull, dumba–, whatever the adjective, it fits! I don’t know what is worse, Rodman’s mealy-mouthed efforts to avoid the morality of his actions, or that he now possesses the most first-hand information about Kim Jong Un than any person in the US Government.

3. Ping-pong diplomacy, the Summit Series or even the Clinton-Castro Baseball diplomacy – Those were efforts at cultural exchange to deal with people of differing viewpoints.

   The North Korea isn’t just a Communist government trying to work with the rest of the world like those nations were – they’re a crime family that has no interest in anything but perpetuating their chokehold on their own people.

   But considering that Rodman has even lost all credibility as an athlete (No way that, say, Tom Brady or Kevin Durant make a trip like that), much less speaks for our country (The White House certainly didn’t send him), I wouldn’t read much into this.
